What’s New

• Partial Request Completion with Incomplete Checklist Items
• Attachment Warning for Completion Messages
• Start Date Modification

As an admin, you can now select an option on individual forms, to allow request handlers to disclose some of the information requested, and partially complete a request that has incomplete mandatory checklist items.

As a request handler, you will now receive a warning if you attempt to send a completion or partial completion message without attaching any files. This feature helps you avoid forgetting to attach the necessary files before closing the request, ensuring that all relevant information is included.

Request handlers now have the ability to change the start date for a request. This feature provides flexibility in managing request timelines, allowing you to adjust the start date.

For example if you’ve received a request through the post, or email, and you upload the request to the portal, you can back date the start date:
