Form Download in PDF format
Request handlers now have the ability to download a PDF copy of the completed request form using the download button within the ‘Form’ tab:
Included on each page of the document is a watermark, containing the email address of the staff member who downloaded the form and a date/time stamp:

Default System Column added - Manual Upload
A new system column, “Manually Uploaded” has been added to show whether or not a request was uploaded manually or through a public form.
This column can be added to the Patient Details area of a request or be included as a column option within My Requests, Active Requests, Pool Requests, Request Archive & Request All.
System Column added - Identity Check Complete
A new system column, “Identity” has been added to show whether or not the identity check process has been completed on a request.
This column can be added to the Patient Details area of a request or be included as a column option within My Requests, Active Requests, Pool Requests, Request Archive & Request All.
